Meet Our Tiny Team!
Web Design & Managed Marketing for Small Businesses & Nonprofits
Lark Frazier
Founder. Designer. Tiny Business Marketer.
I'm Lark (she/they). I help neurodivergent service providers, creatives, wellness and healthcare practitioners, nonprofits, and other small businesses build a web presence that doesn't just look great, but can bring in clients from Day One. Since 2024, I've partnered with 40+ small businesses and nonprofits. I’ve supported launches, pivots, and re-emergence moments and have taken clients from "just an idea" to fully booked in as little as six months!
I believe we all deserve to do the work that lights us up!
As a small business owner with late-diagnosed ADHD, I especially love working with neurodivergent and non-traditional business owners. My approach is grounded in my Beautiful Brain Blueprint: a capacity-aware framework shaped by lived experience and years of watching people burn out trying to do business "the normal way."
When I'm not designing, you'll find me paddleboarding, hiking, sitting around a campfire, making music with my band, Holler & Crow, or spending quality time with my extremely adorable pets.
Whatever it is that you do, I want you to feel proud of a web presence that truly reflects who you are and what you care about. I can't wait to meet you! Connect with me on LinkedIn →

Meet The Team
Jenny Walls
Design + Business
I'm Jenny (she/her). I "accidentally" started my first business at 16 as a private music instructor, and I haven't stopped since. So far my path has led me through music education, performance, business development, jewelry making, and content design, among other things. While it’s a whole lot of intersections, I've come to love it that way and wouldn’t change a thing!
At the heart of all of it is a love for learning and teaching. Whether it's music, leadership, business, or something I just picked up last week, helping others fall in love with the process of developing their skills is one of my greatest joys. I hold a B.A. in Music (UNCA, 2021) and M.S. in Organizational Leadership (Johns Hopkins, 2025). I'm drawn equally to creativity and to understanding how/why businesses and/or organizations work (or don’t!), specifically as it relates to the people within them.
When I'm not working you can find me making music (a shocking twist nobody saw coming!), hanging out with my cats, playing chess or reading. I’m currently learning softwood hand woodworking, harmonica, and the psychology of nonverbal communication across social cultures.
Tina Powell
Design + Strategy
I’m Tina (they/them), an emerging social media strategist with a background in teaching and writing. I have an eye for design, empathy for different working styles/needs, and enthusiasm to collaborate with other neurodivergent creatives.
For eight years, I taught English and Creative Writing in public schools. I helped students develop confidence in their voice and communicate with clarity and purpose. That work nurtured a passion for supporting non-traditional thinkers and shaped how I look at marketing and social media — as opportunities for storytelling, connection, and identity expression.
In college, I studied creative writing and women’s studies, which influenced the way I think about language, representation, and brand voice. I want to create content that helps people tell their stories in a way that feels authentic to who they are.
When I’m not working, you can likely find me piloting my way through the pages of a cozy sci-fi or whipping up some kind of snack fit for hobbits.
