Meet Our Tiny Team!
Squarespace Web Design & Marketing Strategy for Small Businesses
Lark Frazier
Founder. Designer. Tiny Business Marketing Strategist.
I'm Lark (she/they). I help neurodivergent service providers, creatives, wellness and healthcare practitioners, nonprofits, and small businesses build a web presence that doesn't just look great — it brings in clients from Day One.
Since 2024, I've partnered with 36+ small businesses and nonprofits. I’ve supported launches, pivots, and re-emergence moments with clarity, confidence, and care. I've taken clients from "just an idea" to fully booked in as little as six months!
I believe we all deserve to do the work that lights us up!
As a small business owner with late-diagnosed ADHD, I especially love working with neurodivergent and non-traditional business owners. My approach is grounded in my Beautiful Brain Blueprint: a capacity-aware framework shaped by lived experience and years of watching people burn out trying to do business "the normal way."
When I'm not designing, you'll find me paddleboarding, hiking, sitting around a campfire, making music with my band, Holler & Crow, or spending quality time with my extremely adorable pets.
Whatever it is that you do, I want you to feel proud of a web presence that truly reflects who you are and what you care about. I can't wait to meet you!

As Seen In The Press
Associated Press — In October 2024, I was featured in an AP story about grassroots community organizing during Hurricane Helene recovery in Western North Carolina. I spent nearly two weeks teaching my community how to safely use DIY emergency bucket toilets, distributed around 1,000 makeshift toilets with a crew of 30+ volunteers, and launched toiletsofavl.com — a community resource I continue to maintain. Our State Magazine — In September 2025, I was featured in Our State's "Appalachia Rising", a story about Asheville's Terpsicorps Theatre of Dance and the Helene volunteers. My work was honored in the Appalachian Phoenix performance and I was quoted in the piece. Read the Our State story →
Meet The Team
Ellison Graham
Design Elf & QA Wizard
I’m a queer, neurodivergent web design apprentice with a copyeditor’s eye for detail and a deep love for clean, functional design.
After earning my Master’s in Library Science from the University of Alabama in 2010, I spent over a decade working in libraries and editing everything from books and planners to blogs and websites. In 2013, I started exploring web development through Girl Develop It in Philadelphia, building simple apps and learning to code. Now, I specialize in Squarespace design and QA testing—bringing thoughtful, user-focused websites to life with intention and care.
A few fun facts about me: I play the accordion and sing; I live in a tiny house in the mountains of Appalachia; I love reading sci-fi & comics, taking baths and climbing.
Tina Powell
Associate Content Designer
I’m Tina (they/them), an emerging social media strategist with a background in teaching and writing. I have an eye for design, empathy for different working styles/needs, and enthusiasm to collaborate with other neurodivergent creatives.
For eight years, I taught English and Creative Writing in public schools. I helped students develop confidence in their voice and communicate with clarity and purpose. That work nurtured a passion for supporting non-traditional thinkers and shaped how I look at marketing and social media — as opportunities for storytelling, connection, and identity expression.
In college, I studied creative writing and women’s studies, which influenced the way I think about language, representation, and brand voice. I want to create content that helps people tell their stories in a way that feels authentic to who they are.
When I’m not working, you can likely find me piloting my way through the pages of a cozy sci-fi or whipping up some kind of snack fit for hobbits.
